The City of Lee's Summit hosted a Public Hearing 🔗 for improvements to the intersection at SW Ward Road and SW Persels Road. This Public Hearing was an open-house format, which means no formal presentations were made.
Public Hearing - November 1, 2023
The in-person Public Hearing was held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Pleasant Lea Middle School, 630 SW Persels Rd, Lee's Summit, MO 64081 🔗. Handicap access was available. Project right-of-way stage plans and exhibits 🔗 were available for public inspection at the hearing. You may attend the hearing any time during the advertised hours.
Comment Period
The comment period 🔗 began at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 1, 2023 and will end at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Any oral, written, or emailed statements received prior to 5:00 p.m., November 15, 2023 will be made a part of the public hearing record for the project.
